Watch this week’s video: Competitive Advantage and Marketing Strategies

Choose an existing product or service (not the same as your Course Project or Weeks 1, 3, or 5 Video Analysis), and write a one-page summary that answers the following four questions.

  1. Does the product or service have a competitive advantage (cost, differentiation, etc.)? If not, what is your recommendation for it to attain a competitive advantage?
  2. Is the competitive advantage of this product or service sustainable because of relevance or defensibility? If you answered no to question one, how would your recommendation lead to a sustainable competitive advantage?
  3. What barriers does the competition face to entering the same market or gaining a competitive advantage for this product or service?
  4. What is the value that this product or service provides to customers, and is that value a sustainable competitive advantage? Why or why not?

Please follow APA 6th edition guidelines, including a cover page, references page, in-text citations, Times 12-point font, double spacing, running head, page numbers, and so forth.
